Middle School Principal (grades 5-8)
Qualifications: 
1.         Valid State of Ohio Principal’s License
2.         Meet all health requirements mandated by law
3.         A clear record as determined by the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Identification and    Investigation                 and/or the Federal Bureau of Investigation
4.         Must be a Credentialed OTES Evaluator

Reports to: Superintendent
Effective Starting Date: August 18, 2017 or as soon as possible upon hiring

Duty Days: 220 per year
Salary and Benefits: Competitive with the area and commensurate with experience and training

School Custodian
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or equivalent
Post-secondary technical/trade program graduate is preferred.
Meet all health requirements mandated by law (e.g., a negative tuberculosis test, etc.).
A clear record as determined by the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Identification and Investigation and/or the FBI.
Ability to learn appropriate skills for the position.
Ability to be self-directed and take the initiative to evaluate deficiencies, set priorities, organize, and complete tasks independently.
Ability to understand and comply with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Public Employer Risk Reduction Act (PERRA), regulations, and vendors’ material safety data sheets.
Ability to operate and perform routine maintenance on lawn and snow removal equipment.
Ability to perform minor electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and mechanical repairs.
Prior maintenance and/or custodial work experience is preferred.
Knowledge of custodial supplies and equipment.
Knowledge of computerized control systems is desirable.
Ability to read schematic diagrams and blueprints is desirable.

Shift Time: 2:30-11:00 p.m.

Salary: Per the OAPSE Salary Scheduled

Long Term Subs
(2) Long-Term Sub Intervention Specialist Teachers
Two long-term sub positions are available. Both will run from August 18 through Sept. 29, 2017, covering for an Intervention Specialist in the Middle School and for an Intervention Specialist in the Elementary. Both teachers serve primarily co-taught and direct instruction students with a variety of needs. 

QUALIFICATIONS
Required:  K-12 Intervention Specialist License
                  Bachelor’s degree
                  Excellent verbal and written skills
                  Proficient in writing Individual Educational Programs
